General Instructions

  • Test the platform as if you were a real user purchasing or selling tickets.
  • Take note of any bugs, errors, or things that feel confusing.
  • Be as detailed as possible in your feedback.

If you are testing the Event Organiser Experience...

Please use a laptop or desktop rather than a mobile device! (Then Organiser dashboard has not been optimised for mobile yet)

  • Create an organiser account and set up an event.
  • Add ticket types and ensure they display correctly.
  • Explore the organiser dashboard and check if all features function as expected.

If you are testing the Customer Experience...

  • Explore the platform, view events purchase tickets etc
  • Use our test card details to make test payments
